The current system of SAP ECC, Zena and legacy system protocol, it takes 30 to 90 days to book the order and there is delivery delay and installation fault and return material issue that causes 30-40% losses to the organization.

Ensure standardization of the process across geo and bring down from 30 to 90 days of order booking to 5 days.

Seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure faster manufacturing of the product requirement and shipment, installation at site as simple principle of 5-5-5 principle.
